Party Poker HUD on Mac faulty

Hi,
The HUD on Party POker tables continually drops out and I have to restart PT4 to get it back. I don’t have the problem on Pokerstars tables and even when i’m playing both sites at the same time, the HUD will drop out on Party tables but not on Pokerstars tables. This is extremely irritating. Is this a known problem and is there a fix coming?

This doesn't ring a bell for me. Please enable logging via Configure -> Options --> Logging Enabled, restart PT4, reproduce this problem and then report it via our
support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

I’m unable to attach the text file nor can I copy and paste it into this field. The “choose file” button seems to be dead as it does not take me to my files. Is there another way I can send it?

Check the
Tutorial: Reporting a problem for information on attaching files. If your log is too big you will need to
compress it before you can attach it.

I followed those instructions, what i’m saying is that when I press the “choose file” button on the support ticket, nothing happens and i’m not able to attach a file.

That should be opening a window to select a file. It might look like a finder window appearing.

But it doesn’t, it’s dead and I can’t attach the log files. I can’t copy and paste it into the window either. Is there another way I can send the file to your support team? I can’t use PT4 the way it is, I have to continually shut it down and reopen it to get a working HUD. I’m going to have to use PT3 until this is resolved.

PT4 should definitely be creating log files when you start with logging enabled. Please create a support ticket requesting remote assistance and linking to this thread and we'll get you sorted out.
