HUD not working on iPoker speed tables

Hello,

I have the latest version of PT4 and the HUD is not working on iPoker speed/rush tables. Please let me know if more ppl experience the same problem.

Please check your settings and be sure to follow the exact startup procedure for Rush and Speed.

If you still have problems please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can see what is going on.

well actually the HUD works when I only play cash on ipoker, but if I also play MTTs on pokerstars, than HUD works only for PS

iPoker Speed tournaments are not yet supported. If you want to receive notification when support for them becomes available please create a support ticket and request to be linked to Bug#5335.

u misunderstood, I play cash speed on ipoker and normal MTTS on pokerstars, HUD works when I only play cash on ipoker but if I also play mtts on pokerstars the HUD does not work on cash speed ipoker and works only on pokerstars

Please enable logging (Configure > Options) and restart PT4 and your poker sites. Start a tournament at PokerStars then join a Speed table at iPoker. If the Hud does not appear please attach the PokerTracker4.log file from C:\Users\yourname\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\ (which you can access from the PT4 File menu) to a Support Ticket along with a screenshot of the Speed table and the hand history file for the session.
