Connection Problem

PokerTracker was not able to verify your registration. Would you like to continue in trial mode?
The program cant be opened. Help please.

When i clicked yes, it says;
"Your trial has ended.
Please register to continue using PokerTracker"
Eventhough i have registered version. And also it appears my registration code texted in a box. When i click the register button, it says;
"PokerTracker was unable to contact the registration server to confirm the activation of your product.
Please make sure that PokerTracker.exe is allowed Full Internet access through any firewalls installed on your computer.
For more information on allowing PokerTracker Internet access through your firewall, please visit PT4: Anti-Virus, Firewall, and Security Software Configuration Guide"
I dont have any antivirus program, or an enabled firewall. I open the program the way i always do.
How can i fix this?

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our
support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking Start typing %userprofile%/Local/PokerTracker 4/and clicking on it when it appears - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

The same problem happens again, when i run the logging enabled version (btw i think i use the program about 2-3 weeks via Logging Enabled - could it be the problems occurring?)
And also I can not find the Log file :/

After clicking start and typing "%userprofile%/Local/PokerTracker 4/" nothing appears.

I find the Log File at last. And sent to you via support system.

I read the Log File and i think the problem is below;
