Hi guys,
When I play a tounament on pokerstars, there's always display a "Avg Stack" in the upper left table conner. I just don't want to see this function, how to cancel it?

That is a group in the Hud. You can remove it by going to Hud > Edit Hud Profiles. Select the Hud profile that you're using (if you haven't changed anything that will be Tournament - Default) and delete the "Table Stats" group.
