PT can't find pokerstarsuk

I can seem to get Pt to import hand or even detect pokerstars is there. Have read other fourms but can't seem to find the problem. Any help will be highly appreciated thanks

Make sure that PokerStars is still configured to save hand histories and summaries, and that they're being written as you play, and that PT4 is configured to import from that folder. Sometimes updates can make PokerStars forget the settings, and we've seen cases where it was configured but wasn't writing the hand histories, in which case you should turn off the option and restart PokerStars then turn it on and restart again.

Tho I have a free trail for table tracker but it does not seem to work. Have you any info on that.
