Hi,
I recognized that the stats on the Zoom Tables were not updated every hand. Do I have to change something at "Refresh Rates"?
I think at some point the are updated because the number on hands for the players I meet grow but I cannot tell whether while playing or after stoping the import.

There is nothing you need to change. Note that a player's stats may not change every hand - the previous hand you were involved in with them may not yet have finished, so it won't be in your database yet.

It seems there is another problem. I played a hand with a guy (and made a note) and around 15 minutes later I played again against him and I recognized that there were no stats available.
I let me show the hands from the last 12 weeks if that may influence anything for some reason.

€: Just checked it. At the time it happened I already had 33 hands on that guy. Well, that sucks a lot, I want my stats!

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

I have same problem maybe. Stats from zoomtable wont update in HUD while playing. Hands get imported and graph works but HUD won't update. Yesterday worked just fine. Now this strange problem.

Ok, I just sent you the file.
The stats are imported into the database and can be seen there, but even after restarting PT4 there are no updated stats at the table.

€: There is again a problem with the filters. Once I set "Hands shown" to "0" (all hands), I can see the already imported ones and the HUD is updating again.

Once we have logs from you both we'll be able to better diagnose this issue and get things working for you properly.

I got my Hud working when I put "Stats from the last weeks to 0" in Hud options. I had it set up it shows Stats from last 5 weeks. When I try to put it back to 5 hud wont work. Does it have something to do with year changing? It has worked fine all year until today

I'm just gonna add that I have the same problem, I had it at 25 weeks, changed it to 0 and it works, change it back and it doesn't.
