I'm installing PT4 on my computer and it's showing a message saying 'initialising the database cluster (this may take a few minutes)'.
It has been showing this message for about an hour now. Is this normal or has it errored? Should i cancel it and try again?
Thanks

I decided it must have crashed so cancelled it to try again. I uninstalled PT4 and tried to delete the PostgreSQL folder on my c drive as i assumed this would mess up future install attempts but it tells me the action can't be completed because the folder or file is already open in another program.
After reinstalling PT4 i have to click a connect button at the configure postgreSQL server box. A message now appears saying it's unable to connect to the database and to check my configuration. Not sure why this doesn't just install?
The info on the configure box is:
localhost
postgres
5432
dbpass

Restart your computer and fully uninstall PostgreSQL as explained in our guide
here for whichever version you had installed. Then reinstall 9.3.5 manually per our guide also on that page -- if you use dbpass as the password during the installation when you get to that screen in PT4 (after PostgreSQL is successfully installed) all you'll need to do is click Connect.
