So I just discover now that somehow PT4 charged me 24.99$ USD for some bullshit program that nobody uses. And so being really mad already, I check the past month and it's ALSO been charging me 24.99$ US. So I assume that it's been like this since I purchased PT4 a year ago. When do I get refunded? Thanks
