If you are able to upload your backup to cloud storage (Dropbox, Google Drive, etc) please do so and send us the link in a
Support Ticket so that we can find out what is wrong. We can usually correct this type of issue when we have access to the file.
If you don't have a cloud storage account please open a ticket anyway and we'll give you directions how to get the file to us.

Restore Database - INVALID TOC - Solved
Hello, when I tried to restore database, I got "invalid TOC". TOC I guess is table of contents of backed up files in yourDBbackup.zip.
So I checked filenames in toc.xml and filenames in yourDBbackup.zip. I have noticed, that some file have extra extension of .txt Example: TOC. xml "(PATH)" optional/config/888.cfg / filename in zip -> optional/config/888.cfg.txt
...so I unzipped, deleted the extra txt suffix, rezip, and the database restore works flawles.
