Hey guys, WPN did an update this morning and now the HUD isn't coming up.

Hands are importing fine and tournaments tracked, just HUD isn't auto popping up on tables.

Update: Hud is working fine on cash game tables.

Looks like it might be a SNG problem.. maybe specifically HUSNG?

The descriptions in window bar do look different with the HUSNG.. so possibly it isn't picking up the table ???

it seems they've added something to the name of the tournament, that's why it is not coming up. like, "$1,000 GTD R/A, Table 3 - No Limit - 50/100 Hold'em (286073) used to be all it said in the top of the window. now it has a $6.60 in front of the name.

all tourney tables are not working with the hud because of this buyin price being added.



another example,

"$5 Holdem Turbo - On Demand, Table 1 - No Limit - 25/50 Hold'em" ---------------now says :

$5.50 - $5 Holdem Turbo - On Demand, Table 1 - No Limit - 25/50 Hold'em

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. If you could include screenshots of the tables with problems that would be helpful as well.

Submitted trouble ticket #167006 11:25 am est ticket. It is the table name change I scanned the log and saw that it was unable to locate the table for the tournament I played
