Hi PT4team,
there is only a Hud on one table while multitabling.And that hud shows information of all tables.
How can I fix this?

We are aware that Full Tilt pushed a large update today.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

Post your ticket number here once you've created it and I'll make sure this gets prioritized appropriately.

Please take care of this asap, i cant play today cus i dont have a hud.. i cant afford to go much longer without playing, and theres no way im playing on regfest stars, the only two sites i have rolls.

Table Ninja is also acting up fyi.

I’m having problem on FTP using the mac version pt4 on regular tables. Stats on some tables show up and not on others, and also some stats jump between the correct stats then random stats for other players, is there a time frame of when this issue will be resolved? Please focus on fixing the mac pt4 problems also

We are looking into all issues related to the Full Tilt update - if you don't already have a ticket in our support system please do open one as that is going to be the fastest way for us to notify you once a fix is available.

Is it possible we can get an ETA on the fix?

Our policy is not to announce an ETA on such things - once a fix is ready and tested we will make it available.
