Hi!

A week ago i found some problems refreshing my sessions. When i filter by date (Date: Today) pt4 showme the games from yesterday, and with "Date: Yesterday" showme the games from 2 days ago. I tested in the tournaments label, no idea about cash. I get the right filtering by "Select Date: XX-YY-ZZZZ" and choose todays date.

Mac user, pt 4.14.7

P.D.: Sorry my english!

Please confirm that your computer is set to the correct timezone and date.
Are the dates and times of the hands correct in PT4 reports?
What is 'My Day Starts At' set to in Configure > Reporting Options?

Hi WhiteRider!

-The timezone and date are set up to auto-adjust by Apple Europa, and yes, are ok.
-Yes, the hand history shows the correct date, and pt4 shows the dates ok.
-11 a.m.

If you need screenshoots or something i can upload.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder.

You can enable logging in OS X by clicking Configure -> Options -> Logging Enabled, then restarting PT4.
