Winning poker network: After restart graph problem

Hello, I ve problem with WPN, if I m playing graph is normal, but when i turn off PT4, after that is graph like in attachment.

I m trying purge all hands and after that again import, but still same problem. I played maximally 150 tournament at WPN.

WPN do not provide tournament results information in their hand histories so you will need to enter your results manually via the Edit Tournament Results window.

They provide it.

It worked, especially if I m playing (there is no problem with graph), but if I quit it... after that is doesnt work.

That isn't from WPN, but if you play single table tournaments then PT4 can infer the prize when the structure is known. The summary text you pasted is these results from PT4, and seem to show your prizes so I'm not sure why your graph isn't correct - there are some wins there, but if you did better than this then I'm not sure why your graph would be like that.

Please compress your original tournament hand history files and attach them to a Support Ticket so that we can investigate.

The files we need are the original .dhh and .phh files from the Processed folder.
By default the original hand history files will have been moved to the Processed folder, which you can access via File > Open User Data Folder in the PT4 menu.
