Hi PT Team, i just wonder, as i checked my lifetime stats - what happened to my stats from the time before january 2014. as there are no more stats in cash and tourneys for the time before that left. are they getting erased or do i have to add another filter - i have selected: all dates - all bet types - all stakes - all games. THX for the support, Chris

Nothing is deleted automatically. Is it possible you changed screen names or sites? Data from a different screen name wills how up in a different Player (until and unless you create a Player Alias).

hi kraada, thx for the quick feedback. i havent changed my name or the site - its still PokerStars with the same nick i always had and have - its just strange that the results in MTT's and in Cash do only reach back until January 2014. I changed the filters back and forth to see if there are any changes, but nothing happened. As you see in my history (tickets, forum activities, ...) I am an active user of PT3 and PT4 since 2011. Could it be that, it has to do with updating to PT4 from PT3? I should have stats since 03/2011. What else can i do to find out how to show them all time stats again? Thx a lot for your assistence

PT4 doesn't use the PT3 database but you can convert the PT3 database into PT4 data via Tools -> Setup Assistant -> Convert PT3 Database. Feel free to run it again as well and make sure everything got converted if you aren't sure.

hi kraada, i did convert the PT3 database - twice. but there only seem to have been imported 1 MTT from november 2012, 1 freeroll from october 2012 and s.th. from january 2101 that shouldnt be there at all i guess. besides that there arent any "cash" hands imported at all. i had difficulties uploading the attachements because it wouldnt let me use the extensions: .doc/ .odt/ .html/ .txt - so it looks kinda bad as i just copy pasted the progress details from converting underneath. in the other 2 attachements you see my MTT and cash stats. where could be the problem? did i do it right? what other information do you need for further assistence? hi kraada, whats the best way to find out about possible other databases and the original HH?

I checked the C:User/Chris/AppData/Local/PokerStars.EU/HH and TournamentSummary - but there isnt anything in there. But thats were my hands are processed to normally.

is that what we are lokking for? if we would have to import all the stuff manually and sort out some other things, is it please üpossible to get a remote session? i am not good at all in PC stuff in genaral so i would appreciate you or a colleague to "take over" my PC and get it fixed way faster then by myself. THX

I opened a support ticket with nr. T186400 in which i ask for help to import 1 MTT of this year as well. perhaps we could get this sorted out by a remote session as well. TY
