pk4 suddenly stop working

Click Start type services.msc and click on it when it appears. Do you see PostgreSQL in the service list? If so, can you start it?

its there and its runing ,but pk4 still no t working as the pictures.

Did you install a new firewall or antivirus? It's possible a program like that is blocking the port and keeping PT4 from being able to connect.

you're right ,pk4 is working now after i deleted a software that i just installed yesterday. thx

man pls help me,the issue, its appear again after a day.
i can connect to the database on postgresql as the picture as the picture this time,but the pk4 still cant connect with database.why is that???? i have uninstalled every firewall or antivirus from my pc.
