Hello everyone and greetings from Spain. Sorry for my English. LOL.
I formatted my pc recently and I have problems installing my pt4.14.14. I have no database installed and PT4 cannot install automatically postgree. I thought download online postgree and restart the installation. Rather than PT4 install automatically since i´m not a specialist in these things
On the other hand. I lost my old database. This data is stored online? I could recover the data from my old database?

You can install PostgreSQL manually per our guides here. If you still have your data folder, choose the version that matches the version you have. If not, pick the latest version of 9.3.

If you have your data folder, your database will be there after reinstalling, if not it won't - your data is not stored in the cloud. If you still have your hand histories though you can reimport them or you can contact your poker site and ask them to send you your hands and most can do so.

Please try running the installer again but make sure to point it at a new blank folder you just created on the root of your C drive and that should work.

My computer has only 4gb of ram. Install the 32-bit version and install postgre correctly. Now I have an error with PT4 14.14. It does not recognize the database and will not let me install it.

If you installed a different version of PostgreSQL then it won't be able to read the old database. In that case you'll need to create a new database and re-import from your hand history files.
If you want to use the existing database then you'll need to install the same PostgreSQL version as you had before.
