What to do when 1 or more hud is messed up?

I was on 4 tables and the hud on each was fine for quite some time and all of a sudden I notice that hero (me) sitting in seat 4 shows up as seat 3 and I have no stats on me even though I have been playing for like an hour and have played something like 50 hands at that table. Other stats etc on other players were messed up as well including just being missing all together. Sort of like that specific table needs a reset. Other tables were fine and the table was good so I didn't really want to leave. Eventually just left..

Anyone seen this before? What's the fix?

If you are not using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 you should update that here:

Download PokerTracker 4

If that does not help please open a Support Ticket and report your problem so that we can check your log file to see what is going on.
