Hello,

The results from poker tracker and the cashier from pokerstars are not matching.
O guess that some big hands that I lost were not computed during the session. I am not sure if thats the case,
or the program is just not computing the loses of the hands, I dont know.

I did not close the app, waited to sit out to close all the tables, and stayed all the session in the
"get hands while playing" .

There is an issue with the latest PokerStars update where it is not writing all hand history files to your computer. This primarily seems to be an issue with Spin & Go games with 6x + multipliers and Zoom games. Until PokerStars resolve that you can request your hand histories again from PokerStars and import them into PokerTracker 4 (Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk) to capture any missed hands.
