Hey all just bought poker tracker a couple of days ago. When the HUD appears on players it only shows data as if its their first hand? Happened to me at about 8 tables i was sitting at... Is this normal?

Please restart PokerTracker 4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file and that will help us figure out what's going on here. You can access the log file by clicking 'File --> Show User Data Folder' in the main PokerTracker 4 window - the file we need is the text file called 'PokerTracker4.log' that is in that folder.

I only bought poker tracker a week ago... Does it start accumulating stats on other players since the date you purchased it? Or does it have a players lifetime stats regardless?

Cheers

PokerTracker 4 will accumulate data on your opponents as you play more hands so if you have just started using it on PokerStars then that would be from when you purchased PokerTracker 4 however if you were playing on PokerStars before you started saving hand history files and using PokerTracker 4 then you can ask PokerStars support to send you your old hand histories and then import them into PokerTracker 4 (Play Poker -> Get Hands From Disk).

Ah that must be why. I started using both programs roughly the same time. All good. cheers
