pokerstars emailed hands not importing

Tried to import some hands played on my phone, sent via email and pasted into notepad. Import hands from disk fails with an error. Previous hands still import fine (as duplicates). Analysis of the notepad file shows the format has changed, summary now at the bottom and some line breaks removed.

If you are transferring the content of the email to a text file make sure you save it as plain text and that the format is exactly as the original (lines should not be split, etc). You can also import from email directly using 'Get Hands From Email' and you can input your account details on the 'Configure -> Site & Import Options -> Accounts Configuration' page. Most email providers will show which server/port settings are required on their website.

As stated in the original email, this is something I do regularly and it usually works. The format of the file has changed as stated in the original email. I compared the text from an import last week with todays and there are clear differences.

I've just requested some Zoom hands from PokerStars and I do not get them in that format and I'm not sure what could be causing that. Can you try temporarily changing your email address in PokerStars to a different provider to see if the hands are received in the same format or not.
