I was playing with PT4 and them suddenly it stops working. Said for me to reinstall it but it gives me this message over and over again.

What told you to reinstall PokerTracker?
That error means that the Hud process is still running - reboot your computer then run the installer again.

when I tried to start the hud the software told me to reinstall pt4. I have rebooted and tried dozen times.

Your screenshot shows the Hud process running - after you reboot that can't be the case, so make sure to run the installer before you do anything else after rebooting, and then it should be able to install. If that still doesn't work then please open a Support Ticket so that we can follow up with you directly.

how the hud process is still running if I removed completely pt4
