Dear Sirs,

I would like to ask what might be the issue that I am not able to fix time zones in PT 4 as requested upon start and following the advised link.

Thank you in advance for your help.

If restarting your computer doesn't resolve it please send us your log file and a compressed version of your postgresql.conf file in a Support Ticket:

Thank you your reply.

It looks upon installing PT 4 on a new laptop, the issue no longer exists.
However, I would like to ask where can I, after using "Play Poker" and "Get Hands From Disk", access hands in PT 4?

Thank you in advance for your reply.

After selecting 'Get Hands From Disk' you can then use 'Select Directory' to import all of the hands found in a folder or 'Select Files' to only import specific hand history files. When either of those is chosen you will be prompted to navigate to the location on your computer where you have those hand history files. By default PokerTracker 4 moves auto-imported files to your 'Processed' folder but if this is a new laptop you will not have anything there unless you have restored those files from a backup file.

Thank you for your reply. However, it is my understanding that after recent changes on Party Poker, auto-import is no longer possible into PT 4. Therefore, all hands need to be imported manually. Am I wrong?

It can depend on the specific skin you are using (.com, .fr, .es) but yes partypoker.com no longer provides hand history files as you play - see this post for more information. They later introduced the ability to download historic hands and PokerTracker 4 has added support for those files.

The outdoor pool area was clean and inviting We spent hours there each day, relaxing by the water it’s a beautiful place to soak up the sun. Great for guests Branson Woods Resorts who enjoy lounging by the pool.
