Trouble with importing hands

I am a new user to poker tracker so forgive me if these are "newbie" issues i am having. All my issues have to do with importing hand histories.

1. Is there a way to import hands from BorgataOnline?
2. The interface says Pokerstars is not installed so hand history cannot be obtained. But it is installed. Note, I have not played on stars in a few months. Will that matter?
3. Interface shows about 7k hands uploaded from Partypoker. But I have played more than that. Is there a reason for this?

In New Jersey? As far as I am aware Borgata there still uses the same software as partypoker:

If the PokerStars install isn't being detected you can manually configure it using the 'Add' button:

PokerStars Configuration Guide

If you are on a Mac make sure your PokerStars app is in your Applications folder.

You mentioned that you are new to PokerTracker 4 so if you have played on Partypoker before using PokerTracker 4 then:

1. If your partypoker client wasn't configured to save hands for all of that time PokerTracker 4 will not know about those hands.

2. Even if the client was saving hands by default the hand history files would be deleted after 30 days by the partypoker client.

3. If you have played on other devices those hands wouldn't be present either.

4. Cash game data and tournament data is stored separately - click on the '$' or 'T' buttons to switch between the two.

So if i just started using this software, no hands would be saved? Also i usually play on my ipad or iphone because the poker software never lets me play on imac desktop because of geolocation issues. If that is the case, no hands would save? I see no evidence of any hands in pokertracker 4, but it says there are 7k hands imported and shows my profit/losses.

This is all seriously confusing to me.

Hands are saved by the poker site so the option to save hand history files would have to be enabled there but even if that was the case poker sites can delete older files as time elapses. When PokerTracker 4 is used it can only import data from the files that exist on your computer. Also any hands that PokerTracker 4 auto-imports are archived so they cannot get deleted by the poker site(s) and are available if they are needed again:

Guide: Processed Files

If you do not have all of your hand histories you can ask your poker site for copies and they may be able to provide them to you.

Poker sites do not save hands played on mobile devices and PokerTracker 4 isn't going to know about those unless your poker site can provide copies afterwards.

There are many reports to view your poker data and to see/replay individual hands you need to be in a report that lists them. See this tutorial video otherwise attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window here or in a Support Ticket so we can see what is going on.
