Software update today and hud not working on the snap tables for me. Is this the same for everyone since it updated???

If you are not using the latest version of PokerTracker 4 please update it:

Download PokerTracker 4

otherwise can you please report this to us in a Support Ticket with your log file, a screenshot and hand history file:

Also let us know in the ticket which country specific 888 client you are using.

Same here. It stopped working.

Currently using latest PT4 version.. =(

I have the same problem, with the latest version installed ...

If your 888 client has updated and PokerTracker 4 has stopped working then if you haven't already done so please report it to us in a Support Ticket and let us know what 888 client you are using so we can follow up on this:

you're welcome, but it still doesn't work. All the players who sent a ticket to support received the same message:

"Hello,

We pushed out an update today to resolve the SNAP HUD issue with the recent 888 client update. Please restart PokerTracker, a file should auto download and your SNAP HUD should work once again.

Best regards,"

There is no new version, and there is no one who has managed to fix it. however, the holdem manager 3 works perfectly.

And please, don't tell me to send a ticket to support again. Me and dozens more did it yesterday. It's frustrating.

The required update should download automatically but if it isn't still working on your computer then we will require a log file so we can investigate and follow up with you:

the same problem with hud on snap tables
but also have hud problems on REGULAR tables after your update: hud started disappear time to time from some of opened tables, restart helps, but only temporarely

Received new alpha version with a fix. It works now. New official version with this fix available soon.
