Stack size filters range inclusive or exclusive?

Postby erdnase17 » Mon Jul 09, 2012 12:15 pm

I assume the filters for Effective Stack Sizes where we can select an interval of sizes by specifying a lower stack size and upper stack size are inclusive.
For example if I select effective stack size between 12 and 16 is it [12,16] not ]12, 16[.
It would be more helpful if these filters could be specified as expressions. For example if I want to make 2 notetracker notes for preflop 3betting ranges at 2 different intervals of stack sizes [12,16] and ]16, 25] there is no way to specify this with the existing interface.
There will be overlaps at stack size 16 where the same card will be assigned to two different notes. Is it possible to make these interval selectors more flexible by allowing comparison operators < and <=?

Thanks.

We use the PostgreSQL definition of between here, which is always inclusive. Therefore Between ranges are always inclusive of the endpoints.

In practical terms if you used an endpoint of 16.01 it's going to be darn close to just excluding 16, so that might be sufficient for you.
