Problem adding an alias (PokerStars.fr + PokerStars.com)

Trying to add PokerStars.fr screen name alias to my Pokerstars.com screen name but I get message "You cannot alias a screen name that has played tournaments against the player."

Is this a bug?

It sounds like it might be. Could you please restart PT4 with the Logging Enabled link on your start menu, reproduce this problem and create a support ticket containing your PokerTracker4.log file so that we could look into this further for you? You can find that file by clicking File -> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window and the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4. That file will help us figure out what is going on in this situation for you.
