HUD SnG

Hi,

I bought PT4 last week, I've been reading a lot but I can't not find how to set the HUD for the SnG, it doen't appear and I don't know where to check. For tournaments and Cash is perfect.

Anyone can help me?

What site are you playing at? Do you have your poker client installed in English?

I'm playing at pokerstars mainly and at partypoker. Yeah, everything is in English, so I don't know what can be.

What kinds of SnGs are these? And it works properly on scheduled MTTs?

The first day there was not any problem on MTT, but on SnGs I've never seen the HUD. These SnGs are 5€ 6max NLH.

I was reading just now the Tournament Auto Detection tutorial and I realize that it doesn't appear the Edit To Tournament click, then I checked Configure and there is no the Configure Structures. I attach a screenshot.

Those options as you show are what you should be seeing in the Configure menu.

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and start Getting Hands While Playing and play one of these SnGs. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.
