Need some help creating a flopped set report...

hi - having my first go at creating a custom report with custom stats; thought i'd have a stab at flopped sets, like how many times they've hit the set on the flop, plus what the flopped set actually was (pretty sure the "average" hit is around/should be 12%?)

think i did it on PT3 but really struggling here with 4; some kind soul walk me through it please?
