This tutorial has some techniques, though it was written for PT3. In PT4 the most important column you need is cash_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_effective_stack (or tourney instead of cash), as that's the effective stack size in chips. The big blind size is cash_limit.amt_bb or tourney_blinds.amt_bb. The technique will otherwise work with those substitutions.

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears. Also attach that HUD file there so that we have everything in one place. We'll be able to figure it out much better once we have a log file explaining what is going on.

Thanks, I fixed it so try it out and let me know.

What you want to do is:

1. With PokerTracker4 closed go to "C:\Users\some_name\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\Data" again where you got the file you sent me.

2. Rename the "StatDefinitionsCustomized.pt4" to something like "StatDefinitionsCustomized_ORIG.pt4".

3. Uncompress my attachment and copy in the new "StatDefinitionsCustomized.pt4" file.

4. Start PokerTracker4 with logging enabled and try things out.

It should work ok but after playing a few minutes what you can do is open the PokerTracker4 log ("C:\Users\some_name\AppData\Local\PokerTracker 4\PokerTracker4.log") and look for a message like this:

[(Error)] Unable to execute query

After that will be a reference to this:

ERROR: column tourney_hand_summary.amt_p_effective_stack does not exist

However unless I missed one of them you should no longer be seeing that (or having the trouble).

Incidentally I'm also sending back a screenshot of what needed to be changed. All the blue stats on the left had "tourney_hand_summary.amt_p_effective_stack" which needed to have the "summary" part changed to "player_statistics" such as this:

tourney_hand_player_statistics.amt_p_effective_stack

So for example if I missed something and you want to try it out yourself (or just for future reference) the screenshot should show what is needed.

Ok so it looks like there isnt easy way tpo make for example limp stats 7-13 bb deep? The way similar like u can create ur hud in edit hud profiles.

You can configure the Hud to show stats from hands played with different stack sizes (for tournaments) in the Hud > Edit Hud Options > General Settings window. Click the grey monitor icon to watch the tutorial video which explains how to use the options.

It is possible to make custom stats for specific stack sizes, but as Kraada said it takes a little work. Furthermore, custom stats are not cached so if you use a lot of these in your Hud it will affect performance. If the Hud options don't give you what you want and you want to build some custom stats please give us a specific example and we'll help you build it.

just use column amt_p_effective_stack. Divide it by big blind. Put that its >, < or BETWEEN stax u want. Than add it to your stats (counter and denominator).

Ok will i be able to make limping, raising, open jaming stats in different blind levels with low stakes version of PT4?

Yes, the Small Stakes version does not have any limitation on custom stats - the entire interface is available and you can make any stats you'd like.
