Best stat for working on hero calls?

I don't know what an optimal value for that would be in that spot and it would also depend somewhat on the games you are playing in (gametype, stakes, number of players e.t.c).

Is it possible to get this statistic and HUD stat created for me as i don't know what i am doing wrong

I didn't notice but in the version of the statistic you attached earlier you enabled the 'Group By' checkbox in the columns for some reason so even if you made the other edits I specified you've broken it again with that change. I've attached a version here that works:

To confrim i can use this in my statistics tab and my HUD... do i need to update custom cache in order to use it?

There is a known issue with having this statistic display the correct values in some places when the cache is enabled so I did not enable the cache for the version of the statistic I attached therefore no cache rebuild is required. You can still use it in your reports or HUD but the data for it will be calculated on demand rather than being retrieved directly from the cache.
