Hi,

May I have instructions how to look from PT4: KK (Hero) vs. AA situations, preflop all-in (from all-time data)?

There is a custom report for that available for download from our Download Warehouse.
Search for "AA vs KK".

I tried it but when I try to import the stat i get this msg:

"A stat named Player already exists in Cash Hand. You must delete this stat before importing."

I am stuck.

Edit: I found it.

I was doing it incorrectly. It is not File > import statistic. Instead I needed to go to "my Reports" and then click on the disk icon under "Report Settings" on the left side.

But some reports come with new problems: Unable to execute query: fatal error. It's not as easy as I hoped.

What reports are you having a problem with? The 'AA vs KK' report or something else? Can you please provide more specific details and attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window.
