Import HM3 hud to pt4

Hi,

My friend has a HM3 hud. Is there a way I can import it to pokertracker - or import his stats to pokertracker? The file he sent me says "Cash - HUD_NC.hm3hud"

Holdem Manager 3 HUD Profiles cannot be imported into PokerTracker 4 or vice versa. The statistics that are available in each program are not the same.
