Hands disappeared in my Reports

Hello,actually everywhere(Results,Statistics)i think it`s because i changed room from PS reservation to .com lately,in HM2 i just configured new import folders and it was ok,same path i did for PT4,but still can`t see hands,after refreshing it shows Loading and Population for a second or two and then blank list.I began to reimport hands,but there only duplicates,so DB is still there.

Did your name change between rooms? Make sure you have selected the correct player and that you do not have any filters that would prevent the hands from appearing otherwise please attach a screenshot of your entire PokerTracker 4 report window and a sample of your hands either here or privately in a Support Ticket.

Oops,my bad,clicked on "clear all filters above" and it`s ok now,apparently it was date filter.Thx!
