Hero and preferred seating

Was having problems w/new Hero software.
Uninstalled and installed PT#, it works fine now, unless I select preferred seating.
Then the stats are over the wrong player.
Is there a solution?
From the FAQ I checked adjust Qualifying table limits, but it still is not lined up correctly.

Please try re-running through the Setup Assistant and configuring Preferred Seating there as explained in this tutorial.

I have the same problem @ Pokerstars. PT4 is not accepting my preferred seating. I already changed it, but the problem still occurs.

Firstly, note that if you are using the Memory Grabber (so that stats appear for observed hands) the stats will not be rotated to reflect your preferred seat setting until AFTER you play your first hand - until that time PT4 does not know there is a hero at the table so won't rotate the stats.
Do NOT reposition stats until after you have played a hand and it has been imported so that the stats rotate.

Is the setting saving in PT4, so that you see the same settings after you restart?

Make sure that the preferred seating setting is the same in PT4 as it is in PokerStars, and for the same table sizes (it's easy to mix up 9 and 10 seat tables, for instance).

If you still can't get the stats to line up correctly please disable preferred seating in both PT4 and PokerStars and check that things line up then.
If not, reposition the stats with control-drag and then PT-icon > Save Layout.
Now re-enable preferred seating in both.

That´s the solution. Thanks :)

In fact the stats rotate after the first hand that Hero is playing. Good to know!
