Is it possible to reflect that i have the complete NUTS during a hand ? Or is it possible to feature the current outs i have during a hand ? I will pay you guys a few bucks if you guys can do this for me i promise

No, that isn't currently possible. PT4 gets its information from the hand history file which is written after the hand completes, so knows nothing about the progress of the current hand.
