Posted: Sat Sep 22, 2012 9:25 amIn case anyone else finds this thread the filters are in Actions and Opportunities -> Preflop -> Preflop Bet Sizing.
You can test it by creating your note and setting it to active in NoteTragoing to the Test page and choosing that note from the drop down and when you click Test it will run that note on any (and all) hands highlighted above.
