Report: Hand Strength

Trying to come up with a way to display the percentile starting hand strength of a population of players who takes certain actions.

Example
Reports displays all instances of a BB cold 4b that wtsd, a column "Hand strength%" has say .45% for AA, .95% for KK etc. At the bottom we see the mean hand strength % of the population, for this action say 3.7%.

If I'm way off, is there a more feasible way to do this?
