Can I do this with a custom stat?

Would like to have a popup that auto refreshes after each hand. As i see it now, popup has to be closed and then reopened to update stats.

I'm not aware of a way to do that. Can you explain your workflow where you are keeping popups open that long? They're not really designed to stay open for long periods of time - that's what table groups are for.
