Report takes SUPERLONG to load

so long that at this point im not even sure if it will ever load. Ive waited around maybe 2 hours already. I have around 500K hands in my database however, and all are requested by this report, is this normal? any way to speed it up?

I have an SSD with pt4 on it and top of the line pc, really hope theres a fix.

Ive also noticed now that the hour stat is wrong, as well as the $/hr (although that probably flows out of the fact that the hours played stat is just wrong) So if possible id like to fix this too :O

This didnt take too long, but its only "this month", Ive also been playing very little poker compared to lets say 6 months ago lately so yeah

Can you tell us the exact name of the report so that we can check it out?

Adding custom stats to a report can make it take significantly longer depending on what information the stat is retrieving as custom stats aren't cached.

This report, which creates a row for each day played, lists: date, number of tournaments played, percentage of winnings (ITM%), total buy-in, average buy-in, total rake paid, ROI%, ROI% adjusted and $/h rate.

Apologies - I haven't had chance to look at that report in detail yet, but I do have it on my list. I'll try to get to it in the next couple of days.

The problem is caused by the final stat in the report - it is using the wrong "My C per hour" stat. There are different "per hour" stats to match the grouping of a report, and because this report groups stats by date it needs to use the stat "My Currency Net Won Per Hour Date" (instead of "... Month"). Remove the last stat in the report and it should work fine - you can replace it with the "...Date" version if you want to see that too.
I will get the stat in the Warehouse updated too - thanks for letting us know about this.
