Hi I am trying to add a custom stat. I have done it before in the past but don't remember how. I looked around on here first but couldn't seem to find instructions. I downloaded the rb stat but then it opens like this
and doesn't save properly so I can't import it.

To import a custom stat go into PT4 and click File -> Import Statistic. Choose the file in question and click OK.

Yes but there is no file to import. Like the download did not work properly or the file can not open in the proper format as in the picture above.

Are you using PT4 or PT3? That file you show in the picture has the .pt3 file extension, and thus it will not show up when you go to import. I think you can convert it maybe? One of the moderators can clear that up.

You can choose .pt3stat from the drop down in the import window and PT3 stat files will appear. Not all PT3 stats can import into PT4 but the majority should be able to.

Ok maybe that was the issue. I am looking to add rakeback to the graphs section and I am a pt4 user so what should I do?

Did you try changing the Type to PT3Stat?

There is already a PT4 rakeback stat. "My Currency Won + RB". I already downloaded it, and it's working just fine. In the part of this site where custom stats are, just filter for Hold'em and PT4 and you'll find all the custom stats.

Ok I got it now. Turns out that was one of a few stats from pt3 that doesn't work but there are newer versions so I downloaded that. Thanks for the help.
