How can I create a filter for a situation where villain limps (open-limp or otherwise, but would be cool to have separate reports for either), and then someone else raises, and villain shoves, and the hand went to showdown (or alternatively: villain showed hand without showdown)?

The purpose of this filter would be to find out how often villains show up with with kk/aa etc. here, vs random bluff moves.

These filters are all in More Filters -> Actions & Opportunities -> Preflop. You can set Limping under the Preflop Calls section, you'll want to add 3Bet (which is under Raising), add that they Raised All-In Preflop, that they didn't face a 4bet under Preflop Opportunities (this eliminates 5bet shoves), and that they saw showdown (under River). You can add facing limpers or not as you'd like.

To see the known villain range the easiest thing to do is probably to create an All Players report, remove the Player stat, add in the Not(Player is Hero) filter (in Hand Details) and add the Hole Card stat - that will break things down into one row per hole card pair.

This seems to work well. As I suspected, the majority of hands here are AA/KK/QQ/AKo/AKs (about 250 in total with 400 total hands which were detected given the filters).

I wonder, when I apply those filters using the Hands report, I get 0 matching hands in total, and only 3 matching hands if I remove the NOT (player is hero) filter (since I rarely use that move myself). Is the hand report restricted to actions from the perspective of database hero?

The Hands report shows things from Hero's perspective by default - to show all hands from all players' perspectives you have to go into the blue Filters link into Filter Expressions and uncheck Filter on Active Player.
