Dear Pokertraker People,

please help me!

I am playing playmoney tournaments and some spin&go. The View Active tables shows the current tables, I can not see the hands. Day start time is set to 12pm. The currancy is euro.

I do not know how to insert an image, which url must I use.

Adding the statistics of some tables

In any report which shows your individual hands one per row, there is a bar at the top for selecting tagged hands and you currently have '3 Tags Selected' so it is filtering your report to just the hands with those tags. Make certain that the drop down says "No Tags Selected" by selecting it and unchecking any checked tags and you should then see your hands:

You need to de-select the 3 tags you are using by clicking on them (the ones with the black checkmark). Once that is done it will say 'No Tags Selected' in the report.
