notetracker stopped working

i tried to put two note editors in my hud which made the notes stick to the wrong people at at the table. then i stopped the hud and removede one note editor so i only had one note editor in my hud but now autonotes doesent work.

Set your HUD to use just one note editor then restart PT4 and test again. Can you tell me a bit more about how NoteTracker is "not working"? What symptoms are you seeing?

i have tried to restart pokertracker with only one note editor.
it doesnt take any new notes i can still see the old notes but it doesnt take any new ones.

NoteTracker running is completely separate from the HUD, though the notes are displayed there the notes being taken can't be affected like that.

Please play another session and then send us your PokerTracker4.log file - that will show if any NoteTracker notes were taken and give us a considerable amount of extra information about what is going on within PT4. You can find this file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that's in the folder that appears. Send us the file via our support system and we'll look into this and get back to you.

after i have updated textfile does not appear. it was their in the earlier version but i could not attach the file i think was a little bit too big.
by the way notetracker works in tournement but just not in cashgame

Make sure that logging is enabled - there should be a Logging Enabled link to start PT4 in your Start menu or you can turn it on always via Configure --> Options.

i cant attach the logfile i think it too big 19MB i have no trouble attaching a smaller file. what is maximum size of a file i can attach?

5MB - please zip the file, you can attach .zip or .rar to our tickets and that will certainly make the file small enough to attach properly.
