note for raise between minraise and 3x bb not working?

I tried to add the following note for raises between a minraise and 3x bb with effective stack sizes between 16-15bb in heads up tables, but it is not working and I cannot figure why.
Any tips?

I don't see any reason why that wouldn't work. Could you attach a hand that you believe should flag for this and send it and an export of the note definition to us via our support system? I'll take a look and figure out what is going on here.

Created a ticket #124549 for this issue with a link to this thread. Note that I modified the note definition to include raises between 1.99 and 2.99 because I also want to include minraises (actually it should be 2.0 because it is not possible to raise less than 2xbb
