I am trying to define a filter to make a note of the range when an opponent shoves over a limp at effective stack size >= 16bb.
Player: (Effective stack size big blinds between 16 and 25) AND (Raised all in)
Opponent: Limped First in
It works in the majority of cases but it also filtered a hand (heads up table) where the SB limped, the BB raised the limp non all in and SB shoved over.
Why is this happening? What is the correct way to define this filter?
Thanks.

I can't see why that hand would be included in that filter - please export the hand (right click > Export Hand History) and attach it to a
Support Ticket with a link to this thread so that we can investigate.
If you have a NoteTracker definition set up for this please also export your note definition and attach that so that we can see exactly what filters you're using.

Ok done.
I have some other issues about the NoteTracker: when adding a new note if I go to the Test tab it won't show up at first, so I have to close and reopen the NoteTracker for it to show up.

Thanks.
We're aware of that issue but I will remind the development team about it.
