Tabletracker complaint concerning payment, please help!

First of, let me begin by saying I have been using Pokertracker 3/4 for a while now and I really find it an extremely useful tool and I didnt regret buying it eversince. I also greatly respect the quick help I got with previous questions I had in the past. I also convinced some friends of mine to use PT4 and one of my friends bought PT4 together with a one month free use of Tabletracker. Because he doenst manage his money by internet, I decided it would be ok that I bought the copy of PT4 with the free month use of Tabletracker (the way the offer of Tabletracker was presented together with PT4 looked like it was just for a free one month use only) for him so that he just could give me the money through cash. However, about a week ago I was confronted with a Paypall message stating I needed to pay 15 dollars for the Tabletracker monthly fee my friend uses . I inmediately contacted my friend about this and he said he tought it would just stop after a month of free use, saying that he wasnt intending of using it any further. Now my question is: How can I stop Tabletracker monthly fee, as this wasnt suppose to happen...Also is it possible that the last monthly for Tabletracker fee can me eliminated? i really dont want to cause any trouble, but this stuff has giving me a kind of headache lately..

You can cancel the TableTracker subscription here - TableTracker Cancellations.

If TT hasn't been used after the month trial ended please open a Support Ticket and explain the situation and I expect a refund will be issued.

When you opt in to the TT trial when purchasing PT4 it is explained that you need to cancel if you don't want to continue to use it, and an email is sent out a few days before the end of the free trial to remind you about this
