Why these filters use "Or" and not "And". If i write a filter I'd write "(Straight draw on both street) and (Straight draw on both street open ended.....). Aren't first and second condition obligatory?

This is a known issue. The problem is that if you tick more than one such box below then if they all get ANDed together you'll not see any data.
You can ungroup these kinds of filters with the Ungroup button and then you can actually remove the generic one (straight draw on both streets) and just leave the specific one and it will work properly.

Then because you don't directly delete the general filter?

If the generic folter (straight draw on both streets) is aimless, why Note Tracker writes it?

That's how the filter system works at this time. It's on our list to improve upon in the future.
