Hello. Tell me please what i do wrong. I starts table tracker, but can't search tables and can push button "Launch site" ... When i pushing Start Search i have error communication with server "Invalid response received from server. Please try again in a few minutes.
If this problem persists, please contact PokerTracker support."
Site is pokerstars. It configured okay in table tracker... what i do wrong?

It's likely you didn't do anything wrong. Please check to make sure PokerTracker isn't blocked by your Firewall or Anti-Virus software though as that can cause this kind of error. For a walkthrough on the common software available and how to set them up, see

I have a similar problem with the file I replaced if1.ents, replaced antivirus for KIS 2012 set up according to the guidelines for setting up and vseravno not work: (. After starting the search, this error pops up 3-4 times ... Maybe it's because of the WiFi router?

Strange is OMAHA search works, and Holdem is not working, I bet even the most basic conditions like VPIP> = 10 in Omaha, there are no problems, even with a more complex search, and Holden eternal problems. I PT4 Hold'em version.

Please restart PT4 using the Logging Enabled link on your Start Menu and reproduce this problem. Then please send us the PokerTracker4.log file via a
support ticket so that we can investigate this further for you. You can find this file by clicking File -> Open User Data Folder in the main PT4 window. The file we need is the text file called PokerTracker that's in the folder that appears.
I just tested and Holdem PokerStars searches are working for me so we'll need your logs to see exactly what is going on here.

Regardless, I took a look and it appears you are using 4.04.1. Please update to 4.05.9 and that should fix things for you. You can find 4.05.9 available
