The current version of TableTracker's PokerStars table opening was crashing on Windows 8 machines. This will be fixed in the next release. Until then, you can do the following which will resolve the issue:
- With PokerTracker closed, open "My Computer" and browse to your PokerTracker 4/Data directory.
Note: In a default installation this is "C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 4\Data"
- Locate the file named "if1.enc" and delete it.
- Save the file linked below to the data directory from step 1:
http://www.pokertracker.com/misc/if1.enc
- Start PokerTracker, launch PokerStars from within TableTracker and table opening should now work.
Best regards,
Derek

I have Windows 7 not 8. I found the "if1.enc" file in the "C:\Program Files (x86)\PokerTracker 4\Data\Bin" folder and replaced it. This has corrected the problem, thanks.
