Run notetracker

Ey, guys!

I am trying to run the whole pack of notes that I have just created, but I think that maybe there is something wrong with status process.
When I press run tab, the notetracker process inmediately all hands, doesn't matter if I have 30.000 or 1.000... so I think that I am missing somthing.

Do you have your new notes set as Active? Make sure also you don't have the date for "Take Notes After" set to the future.

When yo talk about "take notes after" you mean some tab or something similar? Because I don't see anything in status, edit and test tabs.

I don't see any obvious reason why that wouldn't work. The hands in your database are Holdem (not Omaha or O/8) right?

Yes, yes, I play Holdem.

But this problem doesn't happen only me, my friend has the same trouble.

Please restart PT4 using the logging enabled link on your Start Menu, reproduce this problem and then report it via our support system with the log file - that will help us figure out what is going on here and get it fixed for you. You can find that file by clicking File --> Show User Data Folder in the main PT4 window - the file we need is the text file called PokerTracker4 that is in that folder. Once we have your log file we'll know more about what could be going on here.

To have your notes run for hands already in your database you need to purge the existing notes so that the hands are processed again using the full set of notes.

Go to the Status tab; select 'purge all automatic notes' and click Purge. Now click Run to start generating notes.
